My wife and I stayed at the Casa Colonial for 5 days, as a part of a 2 weeks stay on the island, and we wished we had booked the entire stay there.... I just want to keep this short and simple. This resort was wonderful! I would go back in a heartbeat. The FOOD was excellent both at the buffet and the a la carte restaurants. If you want to be sure to get a table at the restaurants...simply go early. They open at 6 or 6:30 pm for dinner and are... more
