Incredible place for a night of fun! There is constant action from the "cascarron shots" where the bartenders actually lift you up and shake you after pouring a shot in your mouth...to the confetti drop on the dance floor...to the live band and midnight dancers. This was constant action all night long. We left after 3:00 am and the party... more

We just returned from our wonderful trip. We couldn't have been happier. The staff at Las Rosas in Ensenada was very professional. We stayed in one of the 2 bedrooms suites. My boyfriend took me here the weekend of July 25th 2008 for my birthday. We had an amazing time we loved loved the swim up bar. Our room faced the pool to the front and the ocean to the back. my only complaint would be that the swim up bar closes at 7:00pm and the hot tubs were full of... more
