Loved this place. It is really a beautiful resort. The hacienda style is perfect for Cozumel where there is so much natural beauty. In the hotel, they sold us a boat trip, offering it for our family alone, and the day of the trip, changed the deal, blaming us for the confusion, and the worst part was the manager of the hotel who would not help, just watch the argument.
