We stayed at this hotel in June, we had read a lot on this site before travelling and knew what to expect. Rooms were a good size and cleaned every day. We stayed here during the week of July 26th-August 2nd 2008 .We had two families with 5 teenage boys. Check-in was awful and very frustrating. They were extremely busy and it took forever. We had 4 rooms, 2 in the Hacienda area and 2 in the 2400 building. We booked through Vacations to Go. We wanted to be near each... more

We had an awesome time on our tour with All Tour Native! My husband and I booked the Mayan Zip Line tour + Tulum. The tour started with about 2 hours visiting the Mayan ruins at Tulum, where our guide provided extensive information about ancient Mayan culture and the ruins, then we headed to the jungle, had a delicious lunch... more
