We visited Hidden Worlds while staying in Tulum and can't say enough good things. We took our 2 kids, 15 and 18 and decided to get there early to avoid crowds. We booked this hotel last year based on the pictures on Azulik's website. It looked beautifully exotic, relaxing and classy. We were disappointed to learn a few days before that a hurricane was going to hit the Yucatan peninsula. We had to cancel our trip. When I called Azulik to cancel they REFUSED to refund our money.
