Hurricane Dolly

Hurricane Dolly has been downgraded to a Category One storm. The center passed over South Padre Island Wednesday afternoon, bringing sustained winds of 85 miles per hour and heavy rains. There is still a risk of flooding for low-lying areas, but the levees withstood Dolly's force.

Rough and lengthy train ride/ bus ride from El Paso and back. Staying one nite in a hotel for most of the time is very hurried and stressful. There was little time for romantic moments.
