This was a very rewarding experience. i had a warm welcome, and the service provided was excellent. The staff were exceedingly helpful and went beyond the call of duty when I had ongoing accommodation problems, booking me an alternative hotel way past 11 pm the night before. We have just returned from a very relaxing night at the Arches,we found Noreen very welcoming and helpful, such a beautiful house, impecably kept and very clean and comfortble.Breakfast was delicious, promptly served and plenty of it!! We stayed as we went to Harveys Point cabaret night, which was not great! The only downside was that there was torrential rain... more
