Hotel Leeuwenbrug

Stayed for one night at Hotel Leeuwenbrug. This hotel is just Absolutely Fabulous!!! A great family owned hotel in the center of Delft. Very clean, cosy and with superb staff. I was very well taken care of. The surroundings is just superb with the canal just outside the frontdoor of the hotel. Nothing but the best!! Very clean rooms with... more

We visited Best Western Museumhotels in the night from 3 – 4 August 2008 during the Delft Chamber Music Festival which took place from 1 – 8 August. It is important to mention this, because the hotel is near the place where this festival took place and near the church bells mentioned in earlier reviews. Probably because of the festival... more

Excellent little hotel. Staff were very friendly and offered to help with our luggage since there is no elevator to the upper floors. Hotel was very well kept and clean. Great location, close to the center of town and approximately a 10 min walk from the train station. Wonderful atmosphere. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. more

Hotel Grand Canal

I booked this hotel without reading the previous negative review, and I was surprised how disappointing this may turn out to be. The location is wonderful, but there is no assistance at all. A big dog in the reception (property of the hotel) scared my children, and I had to keep it myself, as no one was there. The price... more

This proved an ideal choice for a brief stay in Delft., and is very close to Hook of Holland ferries. There is parking literally round the corner - metered after 2pm. 5 mins walk to the central square and all the famous churches. Old Delft is really very lovely - the lack of cars a real pleasure, lots of bars,... more

Hotel Grand Canal

The roof above my room was leaking and I found my laptop in a pond of water. Fortunately it's cover was closed so it survived this bath. No one even said that they were sorry for what had happened. The biggest surprise was when I received the bill for the hotel. One extra night has been added to it, which... more

We spent three nights at De Ark in Delft during May and were very happy with this hotel. It is in a great position for walking around Delft and the room was large and very comfortable. Whilst not being ultra modern, it had all the comforts we required for an enjoyable stay. The staff were also very helpful. The only... more

Hotel de Plataan

On a quiet square close to the centre of Delft. Essentially B&B with an atmospheric bar/ lounge (long table and leather armchairs). The bar does some snacks, but there is a good choice of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good including fruit and fresh brown bread. The distinctive feature is the corridor and bedroom walls are painted with cheerful pastoral scenes.... more

The Emauspoort is a real find. It sits right behind the city's major basilica and main square in a block of atmospheric buildings. The staff are welcoming, the breakfast is good, and the hotel's interior courtyard is a delightful place to relax in after a day of sightseeing. The price is very reasonable given the hotel's undeniable charms. Please don't... more

One of the enthusiastic reviewers of the Johannes Vermeer Hotel noted that it was perfect for one or two days. On the contrary, it is perfect for as long as you wish to tour Rotterdam, Utrecht, Gouda, and The Hague. It is the finest Dutch hotel for the money we have stayed in during our eight trips to The Netherlands... more

A historical little place to take you back in time... We were welcomed by the owners of this charming little hotel in the centre of the historic town of Delft! Look no further this place is a real little find. The room we had was a quad room over looking the canal and the church. (It was very clean) The... more

My husband and I stayed at Emauspoort for a week in April, based on Tripadvisor reviews (as always). I called the Hotel directly to make reservations and confirmed them via email. Super easy. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and very helpful. The location couldn't have been better, just off the square and not far from the train station.... more

We stayed in the caravan. It was charming and fun. It was a beautiful weekend and we enjoyed our little outside area to relax after a busy day. The location of the hotel was perfect and we loved the bells. They were the last thing we heard and the first thing again but they didn't bother us in between. Breakfast... more

My wife and I stayed at Hotels in Amsterdam, Delft and Leiden with this being our favorite. Our room was spacious and clean. The location was great, although even though the church chimes were quaint they did wake me up occasionally. The price was inexpensive for the quality. The included breakfast was excellent and filling. We would stay here and... more

Climb the tower to see an AMAZING view of Delft. On a clear day you can also see The Hague and Rotterdam in the distance. There are 300+ narrow winding steps, but it's worth it. You can see an aerial view of Delft from all sides of the tower. The cost is only a few euros. more

As a tour director, I feel that it is my duty to advise fellow travellers of my experiences with either good/bad hotels. I chose the Hotel de Emauspoort in Delft from a website, (TravelXL.com) and booked 3 nights with evening dinner included for my group of 33. If I haven't used the services of a particular hotel in the past,... more
