On our recent trip to Maui we ate twice at Merriman's located in Kapalua Resort-Maui. The restaurant just open in June, 2008. It is beautiful. The food was delicious (we ate there twice). The service was great. The ocean views are spectacular. more

We had the best relaxing and romantic vacation ever. Originally planned for mid-winter we had to put it off until summer, but the wait was worth it. We were very happy with our villa and Kapalua. The villa was totally remodeled, both baths had granite/marble and the kitchen was equally stunning and had what looked like new high end appliances.... more
