I've deliberately waited a little while before writing this review to calm down and gain some perspective, but the extra time has done nothing to make the treatment we received seem any less unreasonable. When we checked into a standard double room, we noticed that the Air conditioning was very poor, despite being on the coolest setting. The next morning, it had completely shut down and we weren't getting any coolness - not even on the fan setting!
