We have recently returned from a week at Casa Alegria. This pousada is really well situated (close to the beaches and minutes from the centre of Itapua nightlife). Sandra, who runs the place, was excellent. Breakfast is included and she's happy to cook lunch and dinner for you, for a small cost. She is an excellent cook, serving hearty helpings... more

Stayed in a deluxe room for 3 nights in the heart of beautiful Pelourinho. Nutritious and hearty breakfast included. Excellent location, room and service. Nothing short of 5 stars! more

We really had an echanting stay at this small but lovely pousada, extremelly well located next to the beautiful beach of Itapoan and only 1h from Salvador's historical center with direct local (and memorable) buses.
