Beautiful Hotel, First Class all the way. Expensive, but work is paying for it... Food is incredible, great pool, great spa, great view out of my room over Copacabana Beach. Nothing wrong with this hotel at all. more

Lobby is fine, hallways need work. Wallpaper peeling off in some corners. Rooms are badly in need of updating. No free bottled water, only out of the mini-bar. We unfortunately flew with Aerolineas Argentinas Airlines to get to Rio. It is the absolute worst airlines I have ever flown with. They constantly cancel flights, which is why we ended up at this hotel for one night. They cancelled our flight and had to put us up in a hotel. They placed us at Hotel Gloria. It is one... more
