Anthony's Key Resort is a must do for all scuba divers. This is one of the most relaxing, quiet and well-managed resorts I have visited. BIBR is playing it fast and loose with the term "all-inclusive." I think what they really meant was you pay the all inclusive price before your trip, and then pay for EVERYTHING else seperately but you can include it all on your room bill at the end.
