There is no better way to see asian elephants than the Thai Elephant Conservation Center! The best option by far is to take a 3 day "mahot corse". 3 days of constant contact and interaction with exteamly well loved, well trained and well cared for elephants. The Thai Elephant Conservation center is a MUST SEE of SE Asia, and participating in their multi-day mahout training course will be the most amazing experience of your life!! The course is incredible and I tell everyone I know to head to Thailand to participate! I've done it three times and I'll be back! The elephants are so well loved... more
