My wife and I greatly enjoyed our 'tea' luncheon at the Tea Cozy! The decor is nicely done (English of course) but not overly done either. This place is like heaven for dog owners. Very dog friendly. We brought our two dogs up from Los Angeles, after booking over the phone.
