Don't be turned off by the look and feel of this place- it's nothing special. Don't be turned off by the poor service and glacial pace of service. Don't be turned off by the lack of "warmth". I have stayed at Cupertino Inn twice in the last 6 months - the facilities are very basic - the hotel is in need of a remodel. The staff is hit or miss - I have encountered very helpful people and some that couldn't care less. The location was excellent for my needs. There is a very limited room service... more
