First front desk clerk was abrupt, second clerk later toward eve was cheerful and helpful re internet. I had to move room to a different building to get internet access. We booked our reservation through AAA website. Thought I was getting a suite but upon checking in, hotel management told me rate reserved was for a regular room. The room was ok as far as size goes. We had a problem with our reservation (I think they said they lost it) so they ended up giving us another room.
