Beware - they have a Seven Day cancellation policy - which is two weeks during the Springville Rodeo. No exceptions. My trip was to visit family in town, but we all got sick. I tried to cancel but the Inn would not refund my money, so we went anyway. Had to wait for a long time for someone to acknowlege... more
