BEAUTIFUL place to visit for tea on a sleepy afternoon. Bring your camera. But I have found only mediocre service, cramped seating, and a very bizarre and incohesive menu. The tea is amazing though! And the English-style high tea (by ADVANCE reservation only) looks amazing. Next time my mom visits we may try it. more

The Best Of Both (Centuries) As I Type this on the carpeted floor of our Queen room, 2nd floor of the Boulderado's newer addition, my wife is falling asleep on the firm but comfortable queen bed. This is such a nice, quiet place to stay in Boulder. Our room was so pretty and quiet, with a nice balcony. Breakfast was delicious, as were the tea and cookies.
