I have to admit that I was really scared and almost cancelled my reservation after reading some reviews on La Quinta, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel was easy to find (although a little far from port/food/shops/etc if you don't have a car.) We arrived early and were able to check in. We were even given fresh baked... more

The blackened Mahi Mahi was very good. All of our dishes were done well and very tasty. The wait staff was excellent, very attentive and didn't rush us at all. The ice cream was very good. It was homemade. They have about 40 flavors. The folks that ran it also made great conversation. Very nice people. Nice to go to a place where the product is good and the people are nice. They are sure to have new flavors each time you go. We had the coconut chocolate swirl, awesome!!! more
