Tropical Storm Fay

Tropical Storm Fay is stalled over central Florida, bringing torrential rains that have caused flooding in some areas. The storm is forecast to linger before heading north and west. It is not expected to become a hurricane. There is a tropical storm warning from Fort Pierce, Florida, north to Altamaha Sound, Georgia. A tropical storm watch is in place from Altamaha Sound north to the Savannah River.

When my family drove up the hotel to check in we were blown away with the grounds and landscaping. The staff greeted us with very warm smiles. We went here for an adult weekend away...perfect for that. Beautiful new facility that harkens back to the original building. Nothing is overlooked. The staff is helpful and happy.
