We had a relaxing, enjoyable stay at the lovely Essex Street Inn. Our room was large, very clean, and comfortable. The fireplace and whirlpool tub were nice touches. This place used to be great....but now it has gone WAY downhill!! Some of their appetizers are greasy, and the service for both dine-in and take-out is terrible.
