The Harbor watch Inn closed this August. It is under new management and is currently being renovated. Years of neglect have let it shabby and tired looking. We got the two apartments on the 3rd floor the day before we moved in. Nicole, the manager, is very nice and accommodating. There are 4 apartments and they are all remodeled and clean. Just came back from a weekend @ Pt. Independence. We were looking to get away from the city and take a little break from our 8 month old baby.
