We thought the service was excellent at this hotel. If something doesn't work, just let them know and they'll fix it immediately. In fact, they were so sorry that the heat in our room wasn't working (even though it was a 1-month old unit) that they moved us immediately and gave us free breakfast for our whole stay. This Hotel is now taken over by Doubletree. Great place to stay, hotel is excellent for what you'd expect. We stayed there on a trip to NYC and thought it would be relatively close to the city.
