They don't take reservations or do call-ahead seating so be prepared for a long wait if you stop for dinner on a weekend. I have to say Vidalia is one of my favorite restaurants in the greater New York/New Jersey/Pennsylvania area. I have the good fortune of living very close to this cozy restaurant and can't count the number of times I've been there, but one thing's for sure...I'm NEVER dissapointed.
