Very classy restaurant, but can be crowded when busy more
It's a quaint little restaurant where no one will ever bother you. Each time I have been there it is quiet and I can stay as long as I want to chat with friends. The food is affordable (be sure to bring a coupon for dinner for two). I tend to stick to the teriyaki chicken croissant with potatoes, but... more
They don't take reservations or do call-ahead seating so be prepared for a long wait if you stop for dinner on a weekend. We waited almost an hour and spent most of the evening watching the waiters/waitresses perform dances over and over again. The crab legs were terrible, the dip was okay, and the coconut shrimp were decent. Also, the... more
I expected not to like Acacia, but the new chef&owner have a great menu, interesting dishes, and friendly staff. Not cheap, but tasty. BYOB! more
I had a hard time finding affordable hotels in central NJ, so I settled for this HoJo at $86/night for nonsmoking king bed (they told me they don't have nonsmoking queen). I got a large room with decent workspace and free wifi, though I couldn't get the username/password to work. NJ is muggy in the summer, so our carpet always... more
Passage to India is located in the Lawrenceville Shopping Center. The inside of the restaurant is nice. I usually go for the weekly lunch buffet. Sometimes the food is perfectly seasoned and other days it's blander than hospital food. I think it's because there are different chefs, so what you eat one day may not be cooked by the same... more
I have to say Vidalia is one of my favorite restaurants in the greater New York/New Jersey/Pennsylvania area. I have the good fortune of living very close to this cozy restaurant and can't count the number of times I've been there, but one thing's for sure...I'm NEVER dissapointed. Try the bourbon shrimp, salmon or just ask Sal to recommend something.... more
well i stayed at the comfort inn for Princeton university reunion. The lobby was clean, with a plasma tv, i was booked in a king with a refrigerator and a microwave. The beds were super comfortable, the room is decorated rather nicely. The front desk staff was great, spent a half and hour talking to them, very polite. The place... more
Chambers Walk is located in neighboring Lawrenceville but its American/bistro cuisine offers the best food and most enjoyable dinner out in the Princeton/Trenton area. Very casual and busy dining room. Service is, however, iffy - reservations sometimes don't seem to mean much, so make sure you leave plenty of time and bring an extra bottle of wine to drink while... more
Steaks are overpriced, service is underprepared and it looks like an old Sizzler without the salad bar. Thanks , but no thanks more
My husband and I stayed here for two nights over Memorial Day weekend. It was one of the less expensive places in the area that takes pets, and we have had pretty good experience with Howard Johnson hotels elsewhere. We booked a king room, which was pretty big. It had a bed, a couch and a chair, coffee table and... more
Our room smelled of tobacco, our bathroom had not been cleaned, (hair in the tub that looked like it had been pulled out of the drain.) the shower head was broken and when it finally worked the water left a black residue on the tub . When we spoke to the front desk about the smell of the room, we... more
Great ambience, good prices, awesome food, excellent service and a wide variety of asian food choices: from chinese to thai to malaysian through japanese and good sushi. more
Better variety and fresher than On The Border more
Excellent place to eat Indian food. They say, "When you see local people in restaurants, it means is good", well, normally yo can see only Indians... more
The best brunch for you buck. I love the brunch here, the only complaint is that it is so good, that I eat too much. It is all so tasty that I can't stop. Lots of variety and a reasonable price. I find that if you get there around 10:30 there is no wait at all. One thing I have... more
This is a restaurant that I visit frequently. So much so that when they punch in my phone number for pick-up, my name shows. LOL! The food here is amazing. from sushi to thai to traditional chinese and japanese, it is all amazing. I am happy to be the first one to write a review on this place and I... more
