This restaurant was recommended by the B&B in Upper Black Eddy; they must get comped to recommend a place like this. This is a bar (period) that serves food; expect the normal bar noise and language; nothing special about the food, the English chips are french fries. Go to the Oyster Restaurant. more

Have just returned from a 3 night stay at Chestnut Hill, as the previous reviewer says its like leaving relatives as Linda & Rob make you feel like part of the family. I was amazed to find out that people rated this place so highly while saying how disapointed they were in their reviews. The building is cute, yes, but overly loud and somewhat uncomfortable.
