I cannot comment on the smaller rooms in the hotel but I had booked a beachfront family room and it was great. Service was also great from front desk to bar/waitress and housekeeping. I cannot speak for Blue Rock Resort..have never been there, I can however, comment that staying at Treasure Island Resort is one level shy of sleeping out under a tree somewhere.
