The Wortley was a great place to stay. Vic and Cathy, the new owners, have done a fine job of getting this landmark from the 1870s back into excellent condition. The food is wonderful, the rooms are clean and the front porch is the place to be in southern New Mexico. more

The most horrible experience I have ever encountered with a hotel. We were literally abandoned by the innkeeper. Wonderful experience. Stayed in late October and the weather was crisp but the fire warmed up the room quickly. Saw lots of wildlife in the area. Dinner was a wonderful experience.
