I have to agree with the previous reviewer, the internet is not good. It was ok during the day but at night very poor to none at all. The hotel itself is outstanding, one of the best I have stayed at in Ruidoso, great location, great beds, everything clean and new. I really enjoyed my stay and would rate it... more

The website describing the facility looked real nice, including the pictures. Nice place to spend an Anniversary ....But, the 1st cabin they gave me, I complained that it was dirty, they gave me a second cabin...It looked OK....But..... the beds were old and worn out...Big Time, the mattresses were torn ??? restroom was small and smelled, the carpet was old... more
