We stayed a couple of nights here, and what a wonderfull hotel, the staff was friendly and helpfull, the meals were great, the views and walks were very nice. The hotel is fairly new and everything was in great shape, very spacious and the common areas are awesome. Fireplace room with a view of the lake that is picture perfect.... more

The nicest people and a beautiful hotel. Try and get room 405 if you can. It is definitely off the beaten pass but it has the Lago de Los Santos bordering it on one side and the Osorno Volcano on the other. Hotel is brand new. The people were so nice to us and couldn't have been more helpful. more
