The West Australian rated this 4 star - it should not be rated. The night we stayed the power went off twice in our room, with 2 other rooms. Management not terribly concerned. No hot water for a shower the next morning. Noisy and cold. Restaurant below average. more

The foyer was looking very tired and the customer service staff did not appear to be concerned that the booking made and paid for 2 mnths prior for a wedding night had been 'lost', the groom had to pay for the night again, and the room provided was unsuitable to sleep in. bride & groom left in digust. more

we were traveling to exmouth from perth and came upon this place by accident. apparently they dont advertise. its only small but is really friendly and is just the right distance from perth. it really was a home away from home for us and we can definitly recommend it to other travelers.if you stay there , ask for the carraige. more

this was the best hostel i stayed at in australia. it was soooo cool ! the guy there is really helpful and friendly and doesnt charge for side trips etc ! the place was always clean and i was really made to feel at home. i ended up staying for 8 days and would have loved to stay longer. more

Simply the best Hostel I've ever stayed in. No key, blanket, plate deposits etc No Hassle. A laid back Family Run hostel in the Beautiful coastel Town of Dongara.
