Desk personnel has no personality. We were not informed about wine and cheese in the afternoon, milk and cookies in the evening or continental breakfast. If we had not read a brochure we would have not known these ammenties had existed. On the other hand, the Cotton Mill is leased out to a wonderful owner/bartender. He can really mix drinks... more
