Went to Halloween Haunt at Canada's Wonderland evening of 18 Oct 08. The tickets were $33.30 (inc tax) per and park was open from 7pm - 12pm. Arrived at exit to park at approx 6:50 pm, didn't get into the parking lot until 7:50 pm due to traffic, paid $10.00 for parking. Halloween "mazes" were poorly marked with only a... more

My husband and I were married in Toronto on Sunday August 31st 2008. Residence Inn Marriott Vaughan was our wedding hotel for our guests & ourselves for the Labour Day long weekend and the block of rooms was pre-arranged and booked through their amazing PR Deborah. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this hotel as everything about... more

This hotel offers a pleasant surprise to the usual business or even leisure traveler. The location is a bit of a miss for tourists so essentially the target is the extended stay business traveler. The kitchenette surpassed expectations with stainless steel appliances and everything you would need - from detergent to popcorn. The seating area is well sectioned from the... more

Beautiful presentation of food and Decor setting makes a sumptuous meal out a luxurious event. The spices are delicate and well balanced. Even when not hot you can actually taste all the flavours of various spices. Well worth ordering Fish Masala and Shrimp dishes so that you can experience how to complement with spices rather than killing the flavour that... more

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at the Courtyard Mariott for a wedding. The property was conveniently located off a main road and close to the wedding hall as well as shopping areas. The rooms are clean and the property looks fairly new. The view is nothing but parking lots as it is adjacent to a large complex. more

we felt really comfortable staying here and would recommend it to anyone. The staff at the front desk were really helpful and helped us giving information regarding public transport, shopping, dining etc. The room was clean and spacious. There was a fully furnished kitchen. The idea of opening up the tv on both sides of the room was excellent. The food especially the... more

On our trip to Niagara Falls, we booked our stay for 1 night at the Extended Stay through hotwire. Having used hotwire and betterbidding.com before, I was pretty sure this is the hotel I was going to get, and with the great ratings that it has received on this site, I was quite happy. In terms of location, this is... more

On Sunday Aug 31 2008, my family and I visited Canada’s Wonderland. Our family is 2 adults and 3 children aged 5 to 12 yrs. I have visited Canada’s Wonderland many times in the past, since the first year it opened, I used to love it, and look forward to my visits several times each year; but I have found... more

Although the front desk staff don't knock you over with enthusiasm, they were friendly enough. My spouse and I stayed in a king guest room and, although it was quite like most other mainstream hotel rooms, the layout is a bit different, giving the room more of a small suite feel. We booked the Stay and Play package and it... more

We spent month's saving for and planning our family vacation to Canada's Wonderland. We made a total of two visits to the park and will never be going back. During the first visit people were continually jumping line and nothing was being done. We waited an hour in one lineup and when it got to our turn the ride was... more

This location was chosen based on proximity to a wedding I was attending. The room was very large with 2 queen beds and a kitchenette. The brunch in the morning is worth every penny and the long lines. Although not part of my stay, the hotel is very close to Ikea, Dave and Busters, movie theatres and Canada's wonderland. Would... more

We travelled from BC to Ontario for family visits this summer, with my 4 children - aged 12, 9, 5, and 3. The kids all got season's passes to Wonderland for their birthdays as I always had so much fun there as a child, and wanted the same for them. They have really high security - more than when I've... more

We just returned from Canada's Wonderland this past week. I would not recommend this to anyone with young kids. We were there from opening til about 5 pm and were only able to get on 4 rides due to the line ups. Expect at least an hour to hour and a half wait at each ride (this is only for... more

Canada’s Wonderland is a busy amusement park located on the outskirts of Canada’s largest city (Toronto) with over 4 million tourists visiting the area every year. So yes, it is going to be busy. That being said, the 330-acre park still manages to please over well 3 million visitors every season, myself being one of them. If you’re hoping for... more

our trip was for 3 night at the hotel which is quite a bit of money, we arrived earlier than expected and weren't given any help to get our room a day early just said no because the room we had booked was in use so we couldn't have another one. The next day at check in they lost our... more

I really enjoyed our brief but comfortable stay at this hotel. My boyfriend, his team, and I were in Vaughan for a tournament over the July 4th weekend. We only stayed one night, but what we experienced in terms of comfort, quality, and service really left a possitive impression on us. The hotel allowed us to check in early which... more

I went here last summer, didn't get much time here since there was a traffic jam...but the time spent was well worth it. On July 11, 2008 I went to Canada's Wonderland for the day with several of my friends. This was my second trip to Wonderland already this year. First off - everyone knows that food at theme parks are overpriced but being a Season's Pass holder I was told I received 15% off food & beverage within the park. It only... more
