We stayed for 2 nights. Had an enjoyable stay. rooms were clean. indoor pool was VERY crowded even at 11:00 p.m. the shuttle bus came in handy. would stay there again. next time we will stay at the timber wolf lodge but you can't beat the price at the KI resort and conf. center. more

I booked our family package several weeks in advance. Thank goodness i printed the confirmation page as when we checked in, they tried to overcharge us. we have stayed at the resort every year for 7 years and have never had a problem....we love it and so does our daughter...they have a lot to offer for activities.. the shuttle to and from the park is awsome drops you off up front and runs every 30 min..would highly recomend this hotel... more

They completely messed up the online reservations for our stay there, which we made 2 weeks in advance. We reserved "Family King Pool Building Smoking" and received "Standard Double (No pool in sight!!) nonsmoking" and they wanted to charge the same rate! Never again and would not recommend to anyone. more

This isn't a cushy hotel, but the rooms are clean, very spacious, and extremely convenient to the Park across the street. They offer a free shuttle all day until 1/2 hour AFTER the park closes so you don't have to pay for parking.. My family and I have tried the Great Wolf....the kids are still itching (need I say more). The Kings Island Resort is older but the service is great, the rooms are clean and the transportation is a nice touch! I'd much rather pay in the $100's versus the $300's.
