El Portal is our favorite restaurant when we want some good Mexican food and to go "where everybody knows our name". The people working there are the greatest and the food is wonderful. After finding a hair in my food, the management staff refused to refund my meal. When I asked to speak to the general manager or owner, the manager refused stating "the owner doesn't talk to customers." The food is decent; however, there are other Japanese restaurants in the area which are just as good, with much better customer service. more
