The Waitress named Jackie served us very well. She was very accomdating and we recieved exellant service during the whole meal. we did not need to call her to the table , she was there with coffee in a timely manner. more
My son and I were in Klamath Falls visiting my daughter who goes to OIT. We decided to try something we have never had. We saw this restaurant when touring the town and decided to give it a try. My son loved the chinese food and I really enjoyed the sushi. The price was even reasonable. We will most certainly... more
Great little mom and pop place! An unexpected find on Oregon Ave. Small menu but great homemade food. Everything they have is delicious. The restaurant is clean, service is good, and the place looks great inside. I'm definitely going back for more. Costs about $8-10 per person to eat. more
My husband and myself were out for the afternoon ,when we decided to stop in at the resteraunt for lunch. Our server Jackie, greeted us with a smile as we entered. She was very polite and extremely helpful when we asked for recommendations on what to order. The food was excellent and Jackie kept making sure that everything including the... more

Very nice Best Western with lots of amenities and while you pay for it at least you get what you paid for. No complaints. more
It's nice to finally have a "real" buffet here in Klamath. I've lived here in Klamath for 7 years and there has not been anything like it. I travel to many places in my line of work, and sometimes I really look forward to coming home and enjoy myself here. I would say this buffet is comparable to the one... more
We booked this hotel for our trip to Crater Lake. From the outside, it looks no different to most other hotels by motorways, however inside it has some character. The lobby is welcoming with high ceilings, big chandeliers and a lot of pine wood. Staff at reception were friendly. Continental breakfast is richer and more pleasant than in other hotels... more
I agree with the others who have stayed here. It is very new, very clean, good morning buffet, great fresh baked cookies always available. The rooms are somewhat small. Excellent for one person, a little crowded for two, but still very doable. The price was right also. About $80. more
Great Hotel if you want to see Crater Lake and explore Good Business room with small kitchen but really friendly welcome who helped with internet access. Previous reveiwers correct saying that the soup in early evening and cookies later are added bonus! Good continental breakfast included in price with fresh fruit / porridge / grits /waffles etc Central so that... more
The previous review by reynaud5 is very complete and right on target. This hotel is brand new so don't stay anywhere but here when you're in Klamath Falls. AAA rate was $114.45 with tax, so I consider it a bargain. more
We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the Microtel. Now, it was a brand new hotel - so everything was very new. The location was ok as long as you have a car. We stayed here between visiting Crater Lake and the Lava Beds National Monument which was a great middle spot. The hotel itself is off the beaten... more
Hotel rooms and common areas were very clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice pool and hot tub. Free breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Free soup and bread in the afternoon and fresh baked cookies in the evening were a nice touch. Nice lobby with big comfy couches and chairs for reading. Lots... more
Good-free internet, clean and new rooms. Bad-staff smokes right outside the doors and guests smoke in the rooms. Complained about the smoke but nothing was done about it. Guess since staff smokes they don't enforce the non smoking policy. more
We stayed here on our trip to Crater Lake. The room and bathroom were very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The kids loved the fresh baked cookies every evening! We will definetly stay here again on our next trip to Crater Lake. more
I absolutely love this place. Plenty of items to choose from, the food is fresh and flavorful, and theres always a guy running around to make sure the food don't sit there for hours. Clean environment since it opened not too long ago. Good price. I'd recommend anybody to give this place a try. more
I stayed three nights for business in the area. I rented a King-bed room. Pros: This is clearly the most upscale hotel in Klamath Falls. In an area that otherwise only offers older-style two and three story motels, the Holiday Inn Express in Klamath Falls is a brand new four-story contemporary-style hotel that opened in early August 2008. So this... more
This hotel was nowhere near the usual standards of a Holiday Inn express. We had booked in for three nights but left after only one. The room was very shabby with a bathroom door that i was unable to close. The breakfast service was a very shambolic affair with all the food running out, it was quite obvious that nothing was... more
Bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast is a mess!! Too crowded, no place to sit for breakfast, counters were messy and virtually no food there when I arrived for breakfast. I would have ranked this place a little below average, but the above items sent it to way below average. Stay elsewhere! more
