Our room was in a newly renovated part of the hotel. It was clean, spacious and quiet. The high speed internet service was adequate. The front desk personnel were friendly. There is very little choice in St. Helens. Nonetheless this hotel appears to be nicely kept up despite being a near monopoly. more

What a joke. If you can actually GET the pizza, it's ok, maybe 2.5 stars. But our family has been stiffed THREE TIMES when ordering take-out from this place! Give me a break, you're a pizza place, figure out the take-out option! Three times, we have shown up after the alloted wait time they quoted us - usually 20-25 minutes... more
