We stayed 2 nights in this great inn in Monterey. The location is excellent at the town end of Cannery Row so very quiet (except for the Sea Lions). We stayed here because we booked in advance and were assured by the hotels owners that air-conditioning would have been installed months before we arrived. Not true. Complaints were dismissed and the management in general were rude. The employees were indifferent and the food bland. We had to join a que up to complain. Avoid. more

Stayed here for a single night to enjoy the aquarium - I'm a Marriott platinum member so tend to get better treatment than the average guest so bear this in mind with my review.
