This is not a Hyatt a hotel, the rooms are very old and dirty. I was very disappointed with the room, when I checked in I went to bathroom to wash my hands and there were no soap or bathroom accessories. The bathroom was dirty and room was dirtier. The food here is always pretty heavy, but the drinks are good -- as is the beer selection. Prices are high. They have a very pretty outside eating area, and Sunday mornings can be very sweet with some of Hollander's good bloody marys. But the service can be very bad.
