We stayed at the Iberostar from July 26, 2008 to August 3, 2008. The kids program is nonexsistant! The staff at the check in counter is NOT helpful nor welcoming in any way. I loved the Iberostar Rose Hall. The staff was friendly and willing to accommodate. The resort was beautiful. This resort is beautiful. And everything is air condition. Our experience was great. When we first arrived, we were greeted at the front desk to assist with check-in; then sat us down with a cocktail and went over our stay information. Yes, our room was not ready at 12noon, but by 3pm This is an all-inculsive resort.... so while weaited,... more
