After a day of waves, sun, and sand at Luquillo beach, head over to the food kiosks for dinner at numero dos. Cafe La Parillia has fantastic food and delicious drinks at reasonable prices. Luquillo Beach is one of the most awesome beaches on Earth. I owned a scuba shop for 5 years and have seen tons of beaches. It's nice to see the locals believe in keeping it clean! What a beautiful beach! The contrast of the sea against El Yunque is very breathtaking, especially if you travel to El Yunque first and then marvel at the fact that you just traveled several kilometers up a mountain and descended to this pristine, tranquil beach.The sand is fine, but firm.
