If you're going to Grand Cayman you must check out Native Way tour operators. They are the best. It is run by Sharon and Eldon Ebanks (sp). Booked before we went, comfortable response. Met at pier, bused (van) to marina. Guides took about 20 of us out to sand bar, did the sting ray thing, then to snorkel, then rum point (lunch included) Educated/friendly guides, let us have fun (jumping off boat) though safely.
