As other reviewers have noted, this is something of an (expensive) disappointment after other experiences in the Niagara region. Visitors descend in an elevator to a series of passageways that leads to portals behind the falls, and an outside area that's right next to one end of the Horseshoe Falls. Upon entering the attraction we paid our fee and was put in a lift by friendly staff to begin our decent to the bottom of the falls. What a ripoff, we went in March and due to the weather they closed one section of the viewing area, so they lowered the price and took three dollars off... well what they should do is not charge anything, it's a waste of time, not much to see at all.
