We have just returned from a trip to Great Yarmouth (Myself, hubby, 3 year old son and family friends with a 2 year old son) and I have to say that Bewilderwood was a real highlight of our trip! We live near Sherwood forest so my son really likes to climb and play outdoors and this park was great for... more

Basically this is a huge children's adventure playground set in wonderful woodland. Went last weekend when the weather in East Anglia was pants to say the least. The tree canopy provides some shelter, but let’s faces it most children couldn’t care a less when given the chance to climb, jump, and crawl and generally run around at a million miles... more

What a smashing day out for our 4 and 6 year old boys. The place (although slightly difficult to find) is wonderfully stimulating. Both of our boys are confident climbers (blame Dad) and got absolutely exhausted. Ideas like the den building are inspired. Our boys weren't particularly interested in the Boggie/Twiggie theme but it is well done and not over-played.... more

A great day out if you have young kids who love to climb and explore in the woods. I would agree with other reviewers on cost of food - but the same can be said for many other parks as well. It's only a year old, and reading through the previous reviews it is encouraging to see that they are... more

We visited in August 2007. First of all - price. Too expensive. Its more of a £6 for Adults venue. Maybe the same for over 5s aswell, but a tenner is excessive. The slides and treehouses were good but there were not enough of them. you could see everything in 2 hours absolute tops. then, just go on them again.... more

I went to this place just after it opened. Living in the next village along from Horning i was looking forward to seeing it. Its ok, there was not much for adults to do and it opened at 10.00 am but we wanted a coffee at 10.25 am but they were not ready and they had not got the hot... more

Thank you for your review. Our target audience is 3 - 11 year olds, however there is pretty much something for everyone. Adults can join in just as much as the children and we find that families have a great time taking part in various activities together. If you brought a group of you together (min of 6 people) then...

First of all I have to say that my posting may be prejudiced by the fact that it was 0 degrees C on the day that we visited Bewilderwood. My first criticism must be that the place isn't easy to find, even for us who live in Norfolk. I drove straight past it and if it hadn't been for my... more

Thank you for your review. Signage to BeWILDerwood is something we are aware of and are currently working on improving this in conjunction with the local council. Christmas was a truly magical time in BeWILDerwood. Although he is a very busy man, Father Christmas was honored to have been asked to holiday in one of our tree houses and spend...

We visited BeWILDerwood at the end of October with four teenagers. The day was not busy and we managed to do the attraction in two hours (including a sandwich for lunch). The attraction has obviously not realized its full potential although having only opened in May it promises of things to come. Having said this my worldy teenagers were entranced... more

We went today 25/10. We arrived around 10.30 and it wasnt very busy at all, but by 12 it was packed. Went with a 5 and 3 year old, the 5 year old loved it but not much for the 3 year old who wasnt quite as steady on her feet as her sister. It only took us about an... more

Thank you for your review. New for this season we have Toddlewood, a new area for under 5's, which now caters for the teeny ones so they can have just as much fun, as the bigger ones, in a safe and inspiring environment. We find that normally families stay for at least 3 hours. Most stay for the whole day...

Thank you for your review. We have developed certain aspects of BeWILDerwood for this year, one of which is our admission prices. Visitors aged 60+ are now at a concession rate of £7.50. We still offer our family ticket which, at £45 for up to 6 people, offers great value for a day out. The price for adults reflects the...
