If you are here to experience the real scottish edinburgh then give ocean terminal and the yacht a miss- If you are some kind of monarch fanatic, however, it is unmissable. We visited the Royal Yacht August 2007 This is a first class attraction which will be of interest to all, especially Royal Buffs and persons interested in ships. Plan to take a couple of hours. Good restaurants nearby overlooking the ship more
Really enjoyed Edinburgh and especially this beautiful ship. You get to see everything on board from the staff quaters to royal family areas. I spent a long time there. This attraction is a must see for royal buffs when in Edinburgh. We spent hours there reading everything, which is unusual for us as we usually said "ho hum" not another castle.
