My advice to anyone planning a visit to "Commarque" would be to park your car at the " Abri du Cap Blanc" (which is a must see attraction, see reviews of Cap Blanc) It is a very pleasant walk through the "Beune Valley, to Commarque and you can actually make it a very interesting loop.. It is about 15 minutes... more

An opportunity to step back a thousand years and explore an authentic castle from the 1100s. Self guided tours for 5 euro are a bargain and include information in english. In one of the most beautiful regions of France. more
