Stayed 3 June 2008. Magnificient location high above St Goar and the Rhine. Room in castle was very nice and very small. Paid 189 Euros, twice what I paid for a very nice room in St Goar. Excellent restraurant wirh huge windows and dinner for 2 was actually well worth the 50 Euros. Visting the castle ruins is also recommended.... more

While the room itself was nothing to write home about (and we were in the old/castle part) we somehow wound up with the only room to have a wrap-around patio.
