We were recommended to walk from the Spit bridge towards Manly, which i advise as there's transport readily available at the end and food and drink which was appreciated after a long walk (you can get to the Spit bridge via 20min bus ride from Manly wharf). The path is mostly signed along the way, so theres not much chance... more

This 10k walk from Manly beach to the Spit bridge was one of my favorite activities in Sydney. There were beautiful beaches, some small and quiet, others (Manly) big and busy. The view is amazing throughout, with many scenic spots along the way. Also a plus - even though it was a nice summer day, it wasn't crowded with people. more
