Where else in the world can you walk to the top of an extinct volcano that literally rises up out of the Sea? The ferry ride over is a good way to combine a harbour cruise with some exersize and some time with nature. There are lava caves half way up the mountain so bring a torch if you have... more

It's a national park. It is a dormant volcano island. The eruptions stopped 600 years ago. There are no homes nor anyone living on this island. So no souvenir shops or stores either - only nature.
