We were just in Rincon and my husband is an avid surfer who wanted to go to DOMES surf beach. It is a bit difficult to find unless you're looking for a big green dome (former Nuclear plant which was never activated.) Go early if you want a good spot underneath shady trees...this is a very popular and crowded beach... more
